1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the All Wellness Pro website at allwellnesspro.com or joining our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AWP Consulting Corporation, doing business as All Wellness Pro ("AWP," "we," "us," or "our"), a company based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

2. Description of Service

All Wellness Pro is a pre-launch wellness platform connecting wellness seekers, independent wellness professionals, and gym/studio operators. The current website is a marketing and waitlist page only — no platform services are yet available to the public.

By joining the waitlist, you are expressing interest in the platform. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform, any particular pricing tier, or any specific features.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
  • You must provide a valid email address when joining the waitlist.
  • You represent that the information you provide is accurate and current.
  • If you are using our services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

4. Email Communications and CASL

By joining the waitlist, you agree that we may email you about your waitlist place and our launch. Joining does not by itself consent to marketing emails. If you tick the separate, optional box on the form, you also agree to receive occasional emails about platform updates, offers, and launch news. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing contact@allwellnesspro.com.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to the AWP name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to AWP Consulting Corporation and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on this website without our prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its related systems.
  • Transmit any malware, spam, or harmful code.
  • Impersonate AWP, its employees, or any other person or entity.
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the website without our express written permission.
  • Use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with others' use of it.

7. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

All Wellness Pro is a booking and practice-management platform. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content on this website is for informational purposes only.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any wellness, fitness, or health program. AWP does not verify the medical credentials of professionals listed on the platform beyond the certifications they self-report. You are solely responsible for evaluating the qualifications of any professional you choose to engage.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The website and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AWP Consulting Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or our services — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the website shall not exceed CAD $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AWP Consulting Corporation and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party websites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk.

11. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Vancouver, British Columbia, under the rules of the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre (BCICAC), unless you are a consumer in a jurisdiction where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
