1. Who We Are

AWP Consulting Corporation, doing business as All Wellness Pro ("AWP," "we," "us," or "our"), is a software company incorporated in Canada and based in Vancouver, British Columbia. We operate the website at allwellnesspro.com and the All Wellness Pro platform (mobile apps and business dashboard, currently in pre-launch).

2. Information We Collect

We currently collect the following information:

  • Email address — when you join our waitlist. Submitted via Web3Forms and delivered to our inbox. We do not store your email on our own servers at this stage.
  • Audience type — whether you identify as a Member, Professional, or Gym/Studio (selected when joining the waitlist).
  • Analytics data — page views, referrer, browser type, device type, and approximate country, collected via Umami Analytics. Analytics runs only if you accept it. Umami sets no cookies and we do not use it to track you across sites. It processes your IP address and browser details to count visits.

We do not collect payment information, health data, government IDs, or any sensitive personal information through this website. That data will be collected through the platform apps once launched, and will be governed by an updated version of this policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Email you about your waitlist place and AWP's launch, as described when you joined, and, only if you ticked the optional box, send occasional emails about platform updates, offers and launch news.
  • Understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it (analytics).
  • Respond to inquiries you send us directly.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, our legal bases are:

  • Consent — you provided express consent when joining the waitlist (you may withdraw at any time by emailing contact@allwellnesspro.com).
  • Legitimate interests — analytics are optional and run only with your consent (see our Cookie Policy). Where we rely on legitimate interests for other operations, we weigh them against your privacy rights.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process data on our behalf:

  • Web3Forms (web3forms.com) — processes waitlist form submissions and delivers them to our email. See their privacy policy at web3forms.com/privacy.
  • Umami Analytics (umami.is) — optional website analytics, active only after you accept. See umami.is/privacy.
  • Hostinger — website hosting infrastructure. Our site files are served from Hostinger's servers. See hostinger.com/privacy-policy.

Once the platform launches, additional third-party processors (Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, Sentry for error monitoring) will be listed here.

6. Data Retention

We keep waitlist emails until you ask us to delete them or withdraw your consent by emailing contact@allwellnesspro.com. We will delete your information within 30 days of a verified deletion request. We keep analytics records only as long as needed to understand site use.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction — request that we correct inaccurate data.
  • Deletion — request that we delete your data ("right to be forgotten" under GDPR; "right to delete" under CCPA/CPRA).
  • Withdraw consent — email contact@allwellnesspro.com at any time to withdraw your consent. We handle withdrawals by hand and will stop emailing you.
  • Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format (GDPR).
  • Opt-out of sale — we do not sell personal information. This right under CCPA/CPRA is automatically satisfied.
  • Lodge a complaint — you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca) or your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@allwellnesspro.com. We will respond within 30 days (PIPEDA) or as required by applicable law.

8. Quebec Law 25 (Canada)

If you are a resident of Quebec, you have additional rights under Loi 25 (Law 25), including the right to be informed of any automated decision-making that affects you and to request human review of such decisions. At our current pre-launch stage, we do not engage in automated decision-making using your personal data.

9. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, opt out of the sale of your information (we do not sell it), and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To submit a request, email contact@allwellnesspro.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request."

10. Cookies and Tracking

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Umami Analytics, which sets no cookies and runs only with your consent. For full details, see our Cookie Policy.

11. Data Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your data.

12. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

13. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries outside Canada, including the United States, where our service providers operate. We ensure that any such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards consistent with PIPEDA and, where applicable, GDPR.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
