1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device to remember preferences, maintain sessions, and collect usage information. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixel tags.

2. Our Approach: Cookieless by Default

All Wellness Pro is committed to privacy-first design. This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party profiling cookies of any kind.

We use optional website analytics (Umami) to understand how visitors use AWP and improve the experience. Nonessential analytics are disabled until you affirmatively consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time through our privacy preferences. We also respect applicable browser privacy preference signals. Umami sets no cookies on your device. It processes your IP address and browser details to count visits (page, referrer, browser, device type and approximate country).

3. Cookies We Do Not Use

We do not use:

• Advertising or retargeting cookies (Google Ads, Meta Pixel, etc.)
• Cross-site tracking cookies
• Social media tracking pixels
• Fingerprinting or device identification technologies

4. Local Storage (Your Settings)

We use your browser's localStorage (not a cookie) for two settings. Neither contains personal data, and neither is sent to us or to anyone else:

• awp-consent-v1 — your analytics choice (accept or reject), the version of the notice you answered and when you chose.
• awp-theme — whether you chose the light or dark display. It is stored only if you use the theme button. It is a display setting, not a consent choice.

An earlier version of this site stored a value named awp-cookie-notice-dismissed. We no longer use it, and it is deleted automatically on your next visit. You can clear these values at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

5. Third-Party Services and Their Cookies

Some third-party services we use may set their own cookies. We have no control over third-party cookies. Current third-party services:

• Fonts — our fonts are served from our own website. No font requests go to a third party.
• Web3Forms — our waitlist form submits data to Web3Forms' API endpoint. This is a POST request; no cookies are set on your device.

Once the platform launches, Clerk (authentication) and Stripe (payments) will be added as third-party processors and this policy will be updated accordingly. Both services use cookies that are strictly necessary for authentication and payment security.

6. Your Choices

Analytics runs only if you accept it in the privacy notice. You can change your choice at any time with “Privacy choices” at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, analytics stays off.

You can clear your browser's localStorage at any time through its privacy settings. This resets your analytics choice and your display setting, and the privacy notice will appear again on your next visit.

7. Changes to This Policy

We will update this Cookie Policy when we add new services or change our use of storage technologies. We will post the updated policy with a new "Last updated" date.
